Here at GameRoom-Supplies.com we are 100% committed to total customer satisfaction.  We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged for some reason.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product.  You MUST contact us via email at service@GameRoom-Supplies.com in order to initiate a return.  No returns will be processed without prior notification by email.

If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.  If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund the entire cost of the item will be refunded.

Yep.  Here are some situations where returns are NOT accepted:

1. We can not accept returns on closeout items.
2. Customized chips of any kind can not be returned.
3. Copag or KEM playing cards that have been opened, or DVD's that have been opened can not be returned.
